Guest Information

The Ridgewood Country Club is a private, Member-owned Club. To preserve the traditions and standards of our community, we kindly ask that:

  • Guests must be accompanied by a Member, should arrive no more than 30 minutes before their host, and should depart together.
  • Upon arrival, guests should leave their clubs at the bag drop near valet parking. Leave your car in the circular drive with keys in the ignition for our valet attendants.
  • Guests check in at the appropriate locker room and identify their Member host to our locker room attendants.

Appropriate attire is required. While using Club facilities, attire should be traditional, neat, and conservative. This policy extends to all Members, their families, and guests, and is enforced throughout the Clubhouse, golf course, tennis courts, pool, and all other facilities.

We thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a gracious and welcoming environment.

The safety of our employees, Members and guests is our paramount concern.

The Lightning Detection and Warning System sounds a CONTINUOUS HI-LO warning signal when there is lightning in the area. The period of alert is a minimum of 30 minutes but may be longer if lightning remains in the area. The period of alert will remain in effect until the ALL CLEAR sounds—a CONTINUOUS STEADY TONE. All Members, guests, caddies and employees must leave the golf course and other outdoor areas immediately and seek shelter. There are no exceptions.
The Ridgewood Country Club has a no-tipping policy that covers all employees, except the Locker Room Attendants and Valet. Caddies are not Club employees.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Clubhouse, or in outside dining areas.
